Our Financial Policy At Fox View Dental, all accounts are payable within 90 days after the time of service. Interest of 5% will be applied to all accounts over 90 days. All emergency appointments, for non-established patients, require payment at the time of service. Payments can be made by either cash, check or credit card. Our office currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. At Registration:
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to provide some basic
information about your account. Filing your Insurance: We will gladly submit your dental insurance for you following your appointment. As we send the claims in daily, it is important that if there are any changes on your insurance that you notify us at your appointment. We file the claims as a courtesy to you. Please remember that any portion not covered by insurance is your responsibility. Any disputes with an insurance company should be directed to that insurance company. NSF Checks: There will be a $30 charge for any check returned to us for non-sufficient funds. Discounts: Fox View Dental will extend a 5% cash discount to all patients if the patient portion is over $50 dollars and is paid in full at the time of service. A Senior Discount (for 65 yrs and older) of 8% will be applied to the account if payment is received at the time of services. CareCredit
