Replace Your Toothbrush!
When your shoes wear out, it’s pretty easy to tell that it’s time to get a new pair. But what about your toothbrush? If you are like most people, you probably don’t give this important but simple dental instrument a whole lot of thought.
In most cases, it’s best to routinely replace your toothbrush every three or four months, although kids might need to have their brushes replaced a bit more frequently. Get into the habit of buying several new toothbrushes for everyone in your family at the same time to make sure everyone’s toothbrush gets replaced because there are always brushes on hand.
