Dr. Chad Yenchesky had the privilege to teach in Ultimate Occlusion 1 course, which was thrown by the Clinical Mastery Series in Philadelphia on February 8-9. Dr. Yenchesky taught other aspiring doctors about the importance of implementing and executing a treatment plan regarding the occlusion whether it’s a simple restoration, smile design, a TMJ issue, or a complex rehabilitation.

Occlusion Education

This two-day course focused on hands-on situations to make doctors understand when and what treatments to use to relieve TMJ pains and other occlusion (bite) issues.

In short, “The program is segmented into specific steps to follow during the process of evaluating the patient, formulating an occlusal treatment plan, and then the specific procedural approach to the restoration ultimately creating the occlusal scheme desired.” As a respected TMJ dentist near Green Bay, Dr. Yenchesky taught other doctors five steps in this program: the diagnostic appointment, the first steps in treatment, when and how to make a final bite in the proper position, getting the final pieces together, and executing the treatment.
